"This store has terrible customer service skills. On a numerous occasions I have called and the phone is picked up but nobody answers or it goes to a busy signal. After the phone is picked up no one says anything so I'm unable to order. When I have had orders 90% of the time they screw up my order. Not sure what the management is like or who's running the store but there's always issues and it really is bad for business. It's the closest store to me but I'd rather go out of my way than to do with the service that I get from your guys's store."
