They made this blizzard too sweet this time lol its something different everytime. Chili dog was fine.

I thought the whole point of a blizzard was to have all the mix ins mixed in. Instead I got messy melted ice cream in cups that were over filled and running down the sides of the cups. They put a big plastic cover over the tops of the cups due to overfilling and the mix ins were in small plastic cups that I was apparently supposed to mix in myself. I order from here frequently and this hasnt happened before. Wont be ordering from here again. .

Worse dairy I was queen it was ever. customer service is terrible, my son got the wrong clothes on this afternoon and asked to change the “manager” said no, they have to pay for another who got the wrong one he had dared in the mum and accused my son again and gave him another wrong. the end of the story was accused twice and got the wrong drink. She called and asked for the manager and she was sooo rude and hanged the phone to me.

Have been sitting here today and had a terrible experience! cries, the so-called manager, took over my order. while she took my order at the counter, she wore no masks and coughed directly into her hand. then she turned around and made my daughter ice cone without washing her hands or dressing gloves. I pointed out that she had been in her hand before she made the ice and asked for a new one. she was very rude and unprofessional. she said that I was wrong and she was in her poor place. then she stormed in the back and asked her poor fellow worker to do it because she didn't have to do it with me. All that crawled had to do was apologise and makes the dinge right, especially with covid and flu season here! but she decided very rude and stormed away! They are probably the manager? pity, crawled.
