Panheads is an exceptional pizza place! Got the BBQ pork pizza with the name of a rock band song I cannot remember. Delicious! With an appetizer of Stuffed Jalapenos (which I would not order again, kinda bland) BUT! the pizza was the best I've had in New Symrna Beach! And the buzz about the place was correct! Terrible service! Waited over an hour and half for our pizza! Staff was not friendly, not attentive, no explanations, didn't exhibit any customer service skills at all. None of the staff including the guy behind the bar who appeared to be a supervisor or manager gave a flip! This is the very first place in NSB that I have experienced such horrible service and rudeness from the people! Do NOT waste your time or money!... View all feedback.
