On a cold and wet winters day we stopped in for food and refreshments and immediately warmed up. Heaters were on and place was busy, a good sign. We had seafood chowder and vegetable soup both with garlic bread which was the only let down. Soup was tasty and chowder was full of fresh seafood. Staff were friendly and toilets were clean and modern. Would def visit again. read more.

Spent a few nights in Timaru for work. Had dinner here one night with a few colleagues. For NZ, food was good value and nice portions. Desserts were fantastic....
