What Shipra Pachori doesn't like about Sesame Inn:
I have always enjoyed the food at your establishment, and it often serves as our comfort food. However, I had a disappointing experience with your customer service today. When I called to place an order, I needed assistance with ordering a specific dish, the name of which I couldn't remember. Unfortunately, the lady who answered the phone was not only unhelpful but also quite rude, telling me to call back because she... View all feedback.

This is a better model for them, since the restaurant is small and they've always had a strong take out business. Vegetarian options: any dish can be made vegetarian with tofù.
Food is delicious. This is our favorite Chinese food in Newbury Park. Food is good and it’s mostly consistent. Big portions, great for feeding family or large groups.
Quality has gone down. Ordered Lo Mien which was all noodles two tiny pieces of cabbage and maybe three slices of gross beef. Honey chicken wasn’t much better, soggy and bland
Worst Chinese food of my life. Kung pao chicken was inedible. No indoor seating. Stay away.
The food was not too great, it was like the only method they knew was to soak the food in oil. Panda Express beats these guys by 100 light years. The service was okay, but at one point the cashier was a little rude, we asked for water cups and she brought them out with no water, and then when we told her we wanted water, she murmured I aSkEd iF wAter oR nO wAtEr .The atmosphere was underwhelming and it didn 't even seem like they wanted customers. Definitely do not recommend.I didn 't take photos because the food didn 't even look okay.
