Best salmon and Zioppino ever!. I love the way they prepare salmon. And her Cioppino is the most delicious thing I've ever had. No fried food here... everything is prepared right in front of you... so fresh. Great service and full bar. We recommend it to everyone.

Haie Seafood Bar, November 7, 2010. Fish stuff to die. Owner Cairin (sp? was more like a host at a party. Plenty of enthusiasm and fun. She looked especially at children at other tables. One of the best fish restaurants we've ever visited.

Authentic seafood classics with a twist and the cioppini was awesome paired with a nice Pinot. Karen was a wonderful hostess and great with the kids. A real gem in Newport not to be missed.

The best meal I have had on the coast in years. I am very picky and was truly impressed by the friendly and fast service (very warm and welcoming), and by the incredible food. The cioppino was fabulous the best I have ever had with plenty of herbs and flavor. The fresh fish of the day and the amazing crab were cooked expertly delicate and moist and full of flavor. The entrees came with great salads and with fresh fruit and steamed veggies that were delicious. My kids split a side of fresh fruit and a side of steamed veggies before their entree and they had the healthiest and most tasty meal they have had in a long time at a restaurant. Even the coffee was outstanding! Highly recommended!

The Best Seafood Restaurant On The Oregon Coast. This is the best seafood restaurant on the Oregon Coast. The owner is super friendly and the Cioppino is excellent!!!! The fresh seafood is purchased locally and they don't serve anything fried. Killer stews, soups and gumbo loaded with fresh seafood. If you're a seafood fan, don't think twice, just go and enjoy.
