read moreTre Viet offers a mixed dining experience according to reviewers on multiple fronts. The restaurant boasts a sizable space that is ideal for accommodating larger groups, but some diners noted that it wasn't particularly bustling even on busy nights. While some patrons were dissatisfied with their dishes, such as poorly prepared entrees and lackluster flavors, others found specific menu items to be delicious and fresh, particularly highlighting the vermicelli salad and pan-fried barramundi. Service received mixed reviews ranging from slow and inattentive to prompt and friendly. Despite varying opinions on the food and service, Tre Viet seems to be a hit or miss dining destination in Newtown.
