Applebee's - Norfolk

Food was bad old and manager was unaccommodating. Salad was old nasty!!! The onion rings were burnt dose not come close to the pictures on the menu!!! The manager never replaced my foods nore did he try to refund my card!!! Just not worth going there!!! Customer service is poor!!! They dont care for customer service at all!!! Nasty place!!! There employees eat up there food and drinks all there drinks before you get served or seated??? virginia beach va location is much better!!! great food and customer service is there priority and will exchange your food anytime the cook there is just great!!!

The restaurant appeared clean and the waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was delivered quickly and was cooked well. I, personally, didn?t find the steak as good as some other places, but everything was good. $20+ for a lunch seemed high, but prices have increased everywhere lately. The music was a little loud and the table at the booth was very high making it a little awkward. Overall, the service and food were both good, but I have found other steakhouses at a comparable price better.

Ordered catering for teachers appreciation a day in advance (just for 18 people), order was late and the manager was rude on the phone, when we got the order the spinach artichoke dip had spilled everywhere. The other food tasted fine just cold and the packaging was not reheat friendly

Less than 40 hours ago, my husband and I agreed to try some food from the Norfolk Virginia Tidewater drive area Applebee's.which included cheetos original cheese bites cheesy broccoli, bourbon street steak double crunch shrimp four cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders The driver who came to the door was timely and polite and the steak and cheeto bites were very delish. My husband kindly treated us to this Applebees food.

Excellent customer service from our waiter very attentive, helped us with finding good options for each member of our party, on top of drinks, regularly asked if we needed anything. The food is still Applebee's food, which is generally how you'd expect it to be not terrible, not mind blowing. We were all starving and hangry and our waiter really stepped up to make the experience good. When a staff member saw my husband take our toddler to the bathroom to change her diaper. Then bring her back because there was no place to change her in the men's room (and my husband has been known to get creative), they made sure to let us know there was a changing table in the lady's restroom.
