This is the first Benihana's I have ever been to, when I was a child. It was a treat then to watch the production and it still is today. I'm migrated over to sushi, and vegetarian at that, and Benihana's is still up to the task. The wait staff is always polite and the fact that it's on the water adds a nice atmosphere.
