I haven't been to Red Lobster in probably years and now I know why. I would put the food on the same level as Sizzler. The only thing that has remained the same the bread. read more.

First no decaf coffee, then no coffee cups. Took minutes to get a cup of coffee. We had to ask for rolls then wait until a new batch came out. One person added lobster mashed potatoes to their meal and they came out way before the meal. It took forever to get our food "because a large party ordered before us". My husband's food had obviously been sitting under the heat lamp for sometime. Horrible meal service. read more.
