The tofu breakfast burrito was ok. It was clear that they wanted to have vegan options but didn’t really know how to do that well. The tofu wasn’t really seasoned and the other non-vegan aspects of the standard burrito (cheese, sausage) were just left out rather than replaced with something else. I added avocado and that helped.
