Shakou is a solid sushi restaurant with plenty of seating. Perfect for large parties. The service is a bit slow, but not unbearably long. I love the Dragon Fire and Black Widow sushi rolls. The bottom side of the rice of the Dragon Fire is pan fried to crunchy crisp. The Black Widow has a large piece of scallop on top. Both rolls were very unique and tasty! We tried 3 different sushi rolls only to discover very little flavor based on the description of the rolls in the menu. The waitress did return the drink to the bar and brought back a correct one.
