Giovanni's Roast Beef and Pizza

Giovanni's is hands-down the best go to sub shop aroundThe steak tips can't be beat and they get even better when you get the barbecue.

They have great food, but their customer service sucks sometimesAlmost every time I call to place an order, they're just rude.

For the first time this other Giovanni's tries in the area (there are 2 with the same Giovanni's name quite close to each other). The other is not much better - so I tried! Go to Danvers Pizza instead- MUCH better products! I read in another review the counterforces are more than a bit rude, and my experience was neither good nor bad, the girl seemed to have fought less on where she was, very short with people, monotone/robotic voice for the customers with whom she had to do, no smile, thanks or care in the world seemingly...... But the real problem was the pizza that someone forgot to cut into slices, AND the MANY olive pits (or pieces of pits that someone missed OR would have cared for less) that were in the salad. I chipped a tooth and a good tear in the other one with the 2nd/3. Bite laid! This was also NOT a busy Friday/Saturday evening! There were many employees in service, just standing around, mobile phones either buried in their faces or attached to their ears! I could have complained, but in my assessment I would rather give out an evaluation for all to see- how with this stage of incompetence they probabaly could take care of less about many things...... complain to a person/the manager does not do what it used to do for the majority more day. Seeing it for customers is much more to help everyone!!!!
