SERVICE IS OFF 100% OF THE TIME. SLOW OR BUSY, SERVICE IS OFF. I ONLY RETURN BECAUSE MY WIFE LIKES THE FOOD. LAST NIGHT THE RESTAURANT WAS LESS THAN HALF FULL. OUR SERVER NEVER RETURNED TO REFILL DRINKS. SHE WENT 30 MINUTES BETWEEN CHECKING ON US, AT ALL. Had a reservation but still didn’t get seated for 25min. Didn’t see a server for 20min after being seated. Had to get all drinks from bar. Tried to order as quickly as we could knowing it was going to take a while. Three people got their food, ten minutes later two more people got their food. Had a great experience at Kona Grill today. Zach was amazing!! The manager came by the table to make sure we were okay.
Came for New Years Eve dinner, Chance was amazing, food was awesome.
Moriah is an excellent server she was very helpful and efficient! The main thing that stood out to me was her knowledge of the menu and how she was able to recommend me dishes even thou it was my first time. She was sweet, kind, and fast! Definitely would recommend her as a server!
Moriah was one of the best servers I have ever had. Very professional and passionate. She helped me and my party answering our questions quickly and effectively. Food was also amazing and the chocolate cake is a must try!
Our waitress Mariah was so friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. Chance was also great. I will definitely come back.
