Great customer service! I tried to buy tickets for a show in July with a gift card, but the website would not allow me to enter the gift card number. I spoke to the owner Dino who informed me that they only allow you to bring the gift card to the club for refund after buying tickets online with a credit card. I don't live on site and can't afford to charge my credit card and wait several months interest fees for the July show. Dino claims he looses money on shows where people use gift cards to buy tickets, and then they don't show up, but in reality he already has the money from people who buy the gift cards so that he doesn't lose anything. I asked him what he was doing with all the money he made on gift card sales when he didn't put it on the shows they were destined for and he told me if nothing was from my business. Def sounds like something illegal with this club, I'll never spend another penny there! You lost a loyal customer!
