"Its really clean and good hotel. Staffs are so helpful. Smoke is not allowed in the room but there is a free smoking room at each floor. Breakfast is nice and its close to city center. You can reach by walking."

"Had booked a cottage for our anniversary. We got sick 2 days before the trip, informed the hotel. their booking department decided to charge us around 6000UAH for either cancellation or rescheduling cause as per their rules any amendments can be done not later than 96 hours before the checkin. we informed within 48 hours). During Covid uncertain time do not recommend dealing with this business. Just loss of money. Worst experience ever."
