"That was the first meal we ate in Pontianak the first time. The taxi driver who brought us from the airport to the hotel recommended this place. At first I thought we were supposed to choose mie with crab meat or with shrimp, but then the seller told me that both crab meat and shrimp would be on the Mie. The taste is somewhat different than similar to Mie in Jawa. The soup impressed me. It differs from the soup that accompanies mie that I usually eat, I guess it is made from chicken broth."

"This little place was the only thing that was open at midday to ramadan. the sweet, out, but the rest of the food was delicious! the owner immediately picked up her phone so we could communicate through google and she was super sweet. she asked where we would eat later for dinner, and because we wanted to take an evening-night bus, she offered us to eat something in banana leaves to take with us."
