What Ani B doesn't like about Carris Porto Ribeira:
I arrived at 12pm and left my luggage with them as was too early to check in, got back at 5pm to check in and I found my luggage on the lobby in front of reception desk unattended. Or some guest took my luggage and they didn’t check the tag the hotel gives to us or themselves gave my bag to a guest by mistake. Thanks god for some reason someone didn’t steal my bag and just left there. This is inadmissible! And is one... View all feedback.
