What Earl D'Amore likes about Costa Vida:
They always proportion everything correctly and are tastier than Café Rio. My go to is always the sweet pork salad and they always make sure to help spread out some of the rice and beans with a sweet pork and they always give you enough. Today I have a little salad! It was as tasty as usual, but also a little muddy when everything was mixed together. Maybe some more salad? But overall good:
