"Chedi Andermatt was one of the highlights of our trip to Switzerland. Such a beautiful hotel with helpful, friendly staff. We felt that this hotel was truly a 5 star hotel in terms of quality, service, and aesthetic. It is located in a beautiful area and you can book e bikes with the hotel for a scenic ride through the mountains. The food is delicious, the spa was relaxing and wonderful. 10/10, we loved our stay. Chedi Andermatt puts other 5 star hotels to shame such as the Park Hotel Vitznau- please avoid that hotel."

"The light in the room was too light. Price was fair but for that price level a greeting from the kitchen would be expected. Not romantic because of the lights. Wine list mediocre. Food good."

"Great location just after the Gotthard pass. The staff were really pleasant we were seated quickly and the service was great. The food was just about average considering the prices. We had a couple of schnitzels and both were really oily and bland."
