Every time I've gone to DQ I've had issues with food. Burger over cooked and dry or fries were cold and soggy and tasted as if the oil hadn't been changed in a week. I continued to return thinking it must be that particular shift. And once again today I thought maybe it will be better so I stopped in and it wasn't it took the 15 minutes to hand me my order. Food fast and hot, but had no favorite tastes for smoothies and flashers
The service is great, the food is hot and cooked to order and the steak burger is fye! Lol
It was okay, we had to wait a little longer, then usual, and we ask for light on the Mayo and no cheese to come home there enough Mayo for 3 sandwiches and it had cheese on it! Ugh! I was so mad!
If they don't even get order right after it was repeated three times. Then the so-called manager gives you an attitude. Everyone there should be trained or fired again. It's not hard.
