My to go meal was fantastic, I didn't have to wait very long and their customer service is top notch! I had one small issue with part of my order being left out of the bag. not student friendly. my friend and I are graduate students and decided to study here on a afternoon because we saw the free WIFI sign on the front window and assumed that it was student friendly place. we were treated by a hired misjudgment and when I wrote a letter on their website, I never received a reply. I ordered a cake last week to pick up today. I ordered a winter thema I said with blue, silver, white. she said I didn't mention any colors I know because I had the colors in my hand when I called. I didn't tell her what to put on cake, but the girl that took mine or said she'll know she was the cake lady was good that she would know. my sister-in-law took it for me, sent me pictures asking what they wanted because it looks like a Christmas theme. not to mention it works as if someone first decorate very disappointed
