This boba shop is my favorite boba shop out of all of the ones I know in Claremont, North Park, and Hillcrest. They use fresh tea bags and also fresh fruit or ingredients. I give it a 3 because the drinks are delicious but the customer service needs some improvement, I get it's 5:30 pm, long shift maybe but still I don't come to get pouty faces and hurry up with my order, I'm still new to the boba world but I can't even ask a question without a full on deep breath. And I tried calling 2 times 15 min apart and no answer. I arrive and call to see if it might not be working, No it is work... View all feedback.
They had excellent attention to detail and service and used actual natural ingredients. I greatly appreciate shops putting in the effort like this.

Gotcha café is highly popular among fans in Taiwan. I was excited to give it a try with a friend. I really liked the ambiance. It uses the cute animal as a main theme. We were really impressed by the ambiance. It's centered around an adorable animal theme. You can relax on the sofa with cozy cushions. What a delightful experience! I ordered the Taro boba tea, my go-to whenever I visit a boba tea spot. They use top-quality ingredients, ensuring the boba tea is super fresh and delicious. I can even customize the sugar level to my liking. Plus, they offer an extensive range of flavors to choose from. The service was exceptional. When we wanted to take a few selfies in front of the wall art, the manager went above and beyond by coming out and turning on the big light for us to capture the perfect picture. I'll definitely be back soon. Everything here is superb.
Nice hidden gem in San Diego for Vietnamese Coffee. Tastes great and amazing customer service. I highly recommend.
Cute coffee and boba place that was near a place I had lunch at. Seems like a popular place fo the younger crowd. Ordered a coffee milk tea with less sugar to go. Prices were decent and drink was good.
