"We spent a very wet and windy week in Cornwall. Found this coffee bar and wow it is was like a haven! They happily allowed our dog to come in and we had an excellent lunch, coffee and cakes. "Delicious food and relaxed atmosphere. visited after a windy day on the beach, so to come to a beautiful warm environment was simply wonderful. I had seen the recruited who is their underwriting court. you can see why! just so delicious; fish flocky, pure smooth and tasty. I just wish I would approach to visit more regularly! we paired this with a bottle of sauvignon marlborough that has finished it perfectly!"

"Booked this for my boyfriend’s 30th whilst we were visiting Cornwall. It was more expensive than where we would usually go, but probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had, we were both very impressed, and well worth the money. Staff were very friendly, and it had a lovely atmosphere. Lovely that we could walk out and pretty much straight onto the beach with a view of St Michael’s Mount. I would love to go back again when we next visit Cornwall."

"We visited late on a Sunday and they kindly served us to eat, although we are coming in the past! we had two different chicken burgers that were delicious and the portions were also great. cocktails were beautiful, had a great choice and tasted fab! friendly and friendly staff, would recommend to everyone."

"Mackerel sky is our favourite place to visit whilst in Newlyn. The food is out of this world! So fresh and full of flavour.
