There has been a significant change to the management of Planks since my last visit about years ago. We were greeted enthusiastically, seated promptly and presented with imaginative cocktail and food menus. Our server and the entire staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. Open table requested information and I mentioned that it was our anniversary. The restaurant did not use the information. Sad. At first, the wait staff was pleasant. We were judged because we wore masks. We asked about spice in the food then it went down hill from there. We realize spice is subjective however the after burn in my mouth was not.
