"Quick, friendly service. Brisket had great marbling and flavor and stayed super moist. The ribs had a great flavor and weren’t dripping in a sugary sauce, and I’ve only had better burnt ends at one place. Okra was crispy and fresh, Mac and cheese had just enough cheese, and the sweet potatoes were deelish!! Definitely will be back when I’m in the area for sure!"

"First time to visit. for years it was the best place in the opposite for steaks. unbalance looks outside and lodge feel inside. light and light music set the mood. outside salisbury through the country club so not much traffic and break to worry about in the evening. other couples, families, business groups and some singles such a good mix. we have not, but most were enjoying wein, beer and mixed drinks, so the selection must be good. I had a huge medium rare ribeye and my wife had laughs. both cooked perfectly with a lot of taste and a little char. the service was great with professional and polite young ladies who run the show without a plier. we come back soon and often to this hidden gemstone."
