this is my second visit and I think koyo could now be my favorite restaurant for Japanese food in the valley. I say that to distinguish it from sushi, which I rarely eat. considering that I only tookout, that's pretty impressive. The Best Japanese in the Valley. We love Koyo with its odd location nestled off of S. The sushi, udon and gyoza are all amazing. My favorite is the sukiyaki with the beef seasoned and cooked perfectly. We return to this place and leave happily every time we go. read more.
