We ate very well, simple dishes but requiring long preparations for some substances. They grow organic and produce all of them there. I'll come back very gladly. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, piatti all’apparenza semplici ma che richiedono lunghe preparazioni per alcuni substancei. Coltivano biologico e producono tutto loro lì. Che sapori! Tornerò molto volentieri. L’ambiente è molto accogliente e sereno, il personale è preparato sui piatti che servono. Certificati AIC per il senza glutine, avvisare quando si prenota.
