I've been going to The Rose for many years. I particularly appreciate how diligent they were during the COVID, making them the first place I chose to go when I felt comfortable eating again. I have recently seen bad reviews about them that have nothing to do with their food/winning or service. I urge you to ignore them and try them yourself.
Cutest spot for dinner and drinks. Great service and always good playlists in the background. Look at the menu before you go, because I think it's a bit random.
Delicious wine, and her tuna tar toast was exquisite. I could eat 10 of them, but my wife wants me to look like Cristiano Ronaldo. Maybe. I'll leave her for the toast...
Amazing atmosphere, good food and good service! The oysters and potatoes Bravas are recommended.
I had such a cool experience at this local wine bar, shared a Macabelo from Spain after hearing it's description and I loved it! The wine was perfect, crisp, dry, yet fruity! Bonus pairing, San Diego sunset. Definitely worth the stop in!
