Food is always piping hot and fresh. We always order the shrimp chimichangas with rice and beans. I don't think they are on the menu. Just ask, they'll make them. Lunch and dinner platters start with a garden salad,(sorry, these are usually pretty wet. I'm not a big fan. then you get rice and beans on the side. The orders are large. What Jose Juarez doesn't like about El Amigo Burrito:
I do not recommend this place at all, the chicken in mole is dry and hard, the beans are stale, the truth is, not at all appetizing, I had to throw it away, sorry. View all feedback.
The enchilada (singular! was good and fresh.Chips Salsa were healthy sized portion with free refills. The waitress even gave me different kinds of salsa when I asked for it.Both the waitress and the owner(? or manager were warm and hospitable.I loved the experience. Two cons:1. The one enchilada was too expensive.I mean, the dish is called Enchiladas at any other Mexican place!2. The chips didn't taste great. Too thin and biting, not soft crunchy crumbling like I love at all my favorite Mexican restaurants. (Also, I went in early for lunch, so not sure if I got served left overs which could explain but not excuse the bland taste.
Great service, food was alright compared to others in the
While waiting for my breakfast burrito first thing in the morning, I witnessed the delicious smells coming from the kitchen, the coworkers chatting, and the blenders going at full speed ? There are no words to express how thankful we should all be for Mexican food ? Thanks, El Amigo Burrito! ??
Expensive, factory food and bad customer service. 25 dollars for fajitas 15 dollars for 1 taco with rice beans!Don't waste your time money.
