You won't find better Italian cuisine in the capital region area. Family owned and operated all the food that comes out of the kitchen is made with great pride!

I recommend starting off with a nice chopped salad with shrimps oreganto and baked clams,but if you enjoy a cold dish to start the stuffed baby eggplant with roasted red holland peppers, farmed fresh beefsteak tomatoes and fresh mozzarella drizzled with olive oil from italy is a good choice.As for pasta goes the fettucini prosciutto is second to none! I highly recommend this restaurant for friends and family.
The iconic Villa Balsamo has been part of Old Saratoga for decades. Its great for a special occasion or just an escape from the corporate world that has moved into town. This is one of the finest establishment in town and the owner are awesome.
