"We went to pick up something in Charrat and we asked to the local person where to eat. He advice us this restaurant and we have been not disappointed ! From outside it looks very simple and inside is really a bistro with a cafe and separate dining room. Welcome was great and we had the special if the day , lamb and kids had a great risotto and home made nugget. Salad with home made sauce as all the main dishes. Short list of choice but home made for sure ! so great pace to recommend !"

"It was autumn, with beautiful leaves colours and even some snow in the wind. Ideal for eating game! Unfortunately - but was it unfortunate? - the deer came from New Zealand and not from Valais. The waiter acknowleged it frankly. But everything was perfectly cooked, the service was efficient and pleasant (no hurry... except when you ask for something). A touch of creativity in the plates, with many nice ideas (except to put the small portion of spaezli in a glass)."
