"It is a food business. they usually sell organic food packed, but mix them with non vegetarian and vegan. this is not a pure vegetarian/vegan place, so better they read the ingredients."

"So if they are vegan/ vegetarian, they might want to buy fresh vegetarian instead of most dried were in the package are written in Chinese and have better a translator with them to make sure they read the ingredients first. I did not buy any dried were that I hoped it was pure vegetarian place, but it was not so I think better go back to taipei and buy in the vegan super market."

"The quality of the room and the hotel is like a 5* hotel. the hotel and the room are super clean and well designed. high quality materials are used. hidden special qualities, such as raw filtered water tap in the room. we have an excellent delicious vegan breakfast right in our room. we could choose from different meal options. very good location near the city center, but still in a quiet street. the owner is very friendly and helpful, he speaks very good English. the next time we're in hualien, we'll stay here definitiw again."

"We had two very nice dishes here. As the staff doesn't speak English and liked to ignore ous it was a bit hard to order. You have to fill out a form (in chinese only but you can have a funny translated version), bring it to the counter, pay, grab tea and wait for the food to be served to your table.
