"We where told 15-20min wait for our takeaway we waited 54min. No apology from staff and we didnt even get offered a drink for waiting so long. We got our food back to where we where staying and the food was dripping with oil it had gone through all the layers of paper. The oil left on the table was unbelievable. The fish tasted horrible, greasy and mushy. The chips tasted like cardboard. The corn jacks same again tasteless and dripping in oil. The squid rings again like the chips where cardboard, some of them didn 't have squid in them just an empty shell of batter. The Dim sims tasteless and oily. The Pineapple fritters again dripping in oil. I spent over $50 on this meal for my family the 1st night we arrived in Albany the night before last after a very long drive. Neadless to say but it all went in the bin and we ended up having packet chips in bread for dinner. So a big Thank You to Custy Crab Fish n Chips Albany for making the Top Of Our List For Places Not To Eat! ."

"We often order chips from Mobys. Tonight we rang to order $15 worth of chips and we were refused service. When asked why the girl said it was because it is good Friday and that we must purchase fish to go with it. I explained to her that we actually don't eat fish hence why we always only order chips. Service was still refused unless we bought fish as it is Good Friday in her words. I actually believe that this is a form of discrimination. You can not refuse a service to someone simply because they don't want to eat something that you believe to be of an importance on a certain day. Sorry but you have permanently lost our business!"
