"A restaurant that lacks the half of the menu they had not: steak bruschetta chicken bread salads a pretty average result. we also waited to serve over 40 minutes. it looked like we were pushed to the ground of priority for UberEats/Deliveroo. eating was fine. the cheap price reflects the quality of food. So you could say you're getting money."

"RUDE CHEF, ALOOF STAFF, OVERPRICED If you feel like waiting an hour for overpriced, tiny servings of oily food, this is the place for you. The prices at this restaurant reflect delusions of grandeur. Clearly the chef sees himself as some kind of Gordon Ramsey of Hardgrave Road and Harry certainly treats his customers accordingly. While calling to complain about the fact that part of the takeaway order had a less than half full container of pasta (after waiting an hour for the initial order), the chef was overheard in the background saying “Just tell him he's banned from the restaurant“ and immediately hung up on me. By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. Will never go back."

"This is our go to Italian joint. Not many choices Of mains but what they do make, they make it with perfection. Love the pepperoni pizza and the nonnas spaghetti. Make sure you book a table ahead of time. Waitstaff always polite and accomodating even with kids. Wish I could rate higher!"

"We regularly visit West End for a business meeting on a Monday and often eat in Hardgraves Street afterwards for lunch. We noted Luigis was always closed on a Monday, so today we were excited being a Friday, that we would be able to finally enjoy a pizza and a glass of wine before heading back to the Gold Coast. We approached the restaurant and noted the tables were set up outside, the A board displayed and the entry door open, inside there were 3 or 4 guys at the counter, so we ventured inside only to be told they don't open until 12, and this was ten to 12!! Guys, come on, step up to the hospitality plate, you are not a bank or a post office.....there was no 'hey we are not quite open yet, but can we sit you down and offer you a drink, where would you like to sit, etc' We walked out feeling very unwelcome, and reconsidered our options. We decided to eat at another of our favourite restaurants in the same strip, great food, great service as always. We won't darken Luigi's doorstep again, the clock ticks soundly at this place."

"Ambience was lacking. The restaurant felt sterile, no character. Boring. Waiters were nice but slow and inattentive. We had to ask twice to get water. Our drinks were delivered after 15 mins of waiting. Food was good, I mean you can’t really mess up Italian food. But not worth the price, especially after finding a broken piece of the plastic container on our pizza. The restaurant didn’t even bother making up for the issue."
