"Paid $98 for a platter and noticed cut down on quantity. For example, salmon roe sushi used to be filled up with salmon roes. Now the chef used the cucumbers to fill up 2/3 of the space and use salmon roes to fill up the...rest of the space. $98 for such quality? So disappointed. It used to be the best sushi restaurant in Sydney. Not anymore. I can foresee the shop will be closing very soon"

"I have been visited Towan and Soban many times from long time ago, but not pleasant experience from every visit, I don't want to go there again. Food is ok but the lady owner is not acceptable anymore. She shows customers with baby very unpleasant...face. She asked my aunty once not to bring her baby to her restaurant. Since then, my aunty never goes back to this restaurant, but I still had a few more chances to go with other friends or other family members. She never say hello or thank you. How can you not say thank you over the counter when customer pays??? She snatched cash or credit card without saying anything every time. My husband loves chinese-korean food but we don't go there even though this restaurant is the easiest option for us just because of her. She needs to think about her attitude but I think it will be hard to get changed. The business still goes well regardless her rudeness. So shameful."
