"Gypsy espresso is a small cafe off the main strip in Kings Cross / Potts point. There are about 5 tables inside and a few out the front. They are known for their coffee and the staff have a great knowledge and advice of the coffee. Only too happy to provide me with a weak skim cap. I got it in a takeaway cup as I have a bit of an obsession with artwork cups! It is also a good coffee; gypsy roasters beans. I ordered the ancient grain, sweet corn, tomato, spinach and goats cheese, pumpkin seeds and yogurt dressing salad for my lunch. Absolutely delicious with a really nice dressing, and very healthy. Service was lovely; the barista notably very skilled and a good atmosphere in the cafe - particularly good lady working the till, seemed to know customers well.

"Very spacious dining area with nice natural lighting!<br/>Looking at the menu, it was pretty pricey for cafe food. Ordered the spanned crab pasta $25) and the big breakfast $24.5)<br/>However, the portion sizes were insanely generous! The pasta was topped full of crab meat as well which was very much appreciated. We weren’t even able to finish the big breakfast as there was just so much food. <br/>Definitely would come back again just for the pasta!"

"I like the homely ambience, welcoming staff and good coffee here. The bus stop is just the infront of the cafe, 10min away from City. I had coffee and bread with Vegemite for brekkie. The coffee smelled very good and delicious. Love it. Bread was very yummy too! Defs come back again and will try other food too."

You know your coffee and make a delicious batch brew. The best thing about this café is the staff, which is friendly, helpful and fast."

"Any cafe that serves the bread and pastries of Brickfields Chippendale gets two thumbs up. Located near the corner of St Johns Road and Glebe Point Road, Saint John Espresso offers table service with really friendly waitstaff. I had the Brickfields banana bread and oh boy was it good. The thick mound of soft bread was delectable and each mouthful more scrumptious than the one before. Definitely a great cafe to visit"
