"The worst customer service of all time. the waiting staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I've been observing that they don't know what customer service is. I had to talk to the manager after a waiting staff was rude to us after I had reported that the mugs were dirty!"

"Terrible!! By far the worst thai food ive ever eaten. Panang had no flavour, tasted just like coconut milk. The pad thai was just a box of two minute noodles with a couple of tiny pieces of chicken. Deeply regret wasting my money here. The cashew nut stir fry was swimming in oil and runny flavourless sauce. Dont be fooled by the lure of free delivery as i was. This is shocking thai food and there are so many better options in the area."

"Me and my dad when to Ermington Red Rooster today on Thursday, I ordered a triple spicy box it included a burger, 1 chicken breast, potato gravy and fries, the food wasn’t good the burger wasn’t a tripe spicy it was a tiny bit and the spice sauce had a taste with it like oil was in it and super greasy.My dad ordered a spicy 3 pc saftisfriey that included drumsticks, Thai and breasts and was extremely greasy, messy and the mash potato was just gravy and barley any potato and the total came to $36 and this price was WAYYYY to expensive, in other fast foods I can get it for $24 for example KFC.Anyone that goes to ermington red rooster I do not recommend this fast food.Rating: 3 out 10This level in not mediocre it’s just badAnd it got me sick as well"
