"The worst customer service of all time. the waiting staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I've been observing that they don't know what customer service is. I had to talk to the manager after a waiting staff was rude to us after I had reported that the mugs were dirty!"

"Been a regular late nighter here before when was Broasters. Always does the trick late night munches, especially when you need something hot other than Maccas, bugers etc. Always prepared freshly and served hot. Pricing not to bad also they have mean chicken burgers and wraps. Outdoor seating area also. Think they close like 3-4 am. Good place to drop by and enjoy fresh fried chicken. "Love KFC but always have issues at this particular one. First time i got a zinger box & my chicken in my zinger was cold. Second time my chicken piece was cold & the customer in front of me had the same issue so they gave us a new one. Not good!"
