"I grabbed a take away coffee from here. The service was friendly. My strong skinny latte was good and I liked the latte art. But the coffee was watery which was a bit unfortunate. Overall I'd be happy to go back though and this place has a courtyard and hot food too."

"I always come back, I love peking duck, they do it well. order a banquet, except for food! I mentioned the duck! bankette for two, with taking half a duck, for groups of 3 or 4 a whole duck. Some...reviews say the service is shocking, but seriously we have found all the most waiting personal polite and courteous. great value premium spirituosen at $7 good Chinese beer! order her banquet and they are then happier to kidnap her rest. they end with a bananenfritter. it is not good to eat, the service can be a bit hit and miss, but it is friendly, fun and affordable and it is about the escape."

"Peking duck with style. Super crispy and tasty with wafer thin spring onions. Very grand setting, high ceilings and table cloth coupled with great service. Concise selection of reds and great mains (especially the king prawns and the eggplant)."

"For those like me who like eating duck but don't want to cook it, Oree is worth trying. Signs on the wall spell out the nutritional virtues of duck, and the menu features duck done in many ways: plain, smoked, BBQ, chili, slow cooked, pressure cooked, garlic and ginger. Lunches are well priced. For duck, steamed rice and salad you'll pay around $14. Stews (eg beef ribs) are $13-15. Ramen $8-10. Bibimbab dishes around $10. The location of the restaurant, on Queen Street at the bus stop between Bourke and Lonsdale streets, is not very appealing; neither is the shopfront-style facade or the décor inside."

"Needed a break from some post Christmas shopping so popped into this café for a coffee. It was very busy so we had to wait at the door for a few minutes, but got seated quickly as we were happy to sit at one of the community tables. The coffee was very well made and arrived quickly, but the food was slow. My son said the fish burger was delicious but a bit on the small side. The wait staff were very friendly."

"A family group enjoyed lunch here for a birthday celebration. It was excellent though the front door stays open when guests arrive causing a cold blast through seats near the door. AVOID THEM on cold days! The food though is excellent and service is pretty snappy so a delicious meal need not take long."

"Have been past this place a number of times and thought I must go in. Finally did do today. Not disappointed. Tables outside and inside has a lovely ambience. Share tables as well as for single/couples/groups. Very nice menu with good choices. Muffins and cakes in cabinet. Received water and menus promptly and order taken. Food was delicious. Service somewhat haphazard once order taken. Other tables cleared quickly. Bathrooms clean. Overall, great experience and will be back."
