"The lamb souvlaki here is by far the best hubby and I have tasted anywhere! Never had lamb so moist and tender and tasty as this before! Wish there was something this good back home (Sydney). The pita bread is also soft and tasty - not dry and tasteless like cardboard, like you get in most places. Service here is also friendly and down-to-earth. The gentleman working there was helpful and chatty. What a pity we only discovered this place on our last day of our holiday. We'll definitely be back here next time we are in Melbourne."

"Lambs lives up to its name and has a delicious lamb souvlaki. Unfortunately the decor of the place does not match the taste of its food. Decent price 12$ for any souvlaki that is filled with toppings and meat."

"I've been coming here around 18 years and simply believe it's the best there is. The meat is real lamb not that processed pal dog food stuff that goes in kebabs and souvlakis, it has crispy bits on the outside with salty spicy flavour to die for and tender and soft bits inside that can only be achieved by slow cooking on a spit. The pita bread and veggies are always fresh and the garlic sauce is delicious especially towards the end when it's all in the bottom of the wrapper waiting for you to finish.<br/ <br/ I've introduced many people to this place including fussy eaters and those who had previously assumed kebabs with processed meat were the only kind available and not one has ever been unsatisfied, most were actually very surprised. The decor is pretty terrible even for a souvlaki joint but it's far better than it was prior to the Renovations some years ago, the staff are friendly and fast and the prices are fantastic. They also do decent pizzas although I've only had them a couple times myself.<br/ <br/ This is a very underrated place and I think the interior design may put some people off but those who know keep coming back for ever, just check the place on a Friday or Saturday night and see for yourself.<br/"

"Used to be that when you were hungry ;later in the evenings you could always rely on a great souvlaki at Lambs. How things have changed! Sure there was plenty of meat and sauce and veggies...but it was crap. The whole thing fell apart in the bag. The meat was sliced too thick, into chunks, not shavings, and the lamb was very chewy. The sauce had no real flavour to it, not youghurt, not garlic....nothing. The tomatoes were sliced too thick, as was the onion. In the end I at it as separate components out of the bag. To add insult to injury, it did not sit well either and sleep was hard to find with an upset stomach and a thirst that would not be quenched."

"To finish off a night boozing around town we were desperate to eat a souvlaki before catch an uber home. We had the lamb to share $15), it was more than enough. The lamb was very tasty and I loved that it had a lot of lemon juice squeezed on the top after the garlic sauce. It was very busy, the staff were very professional and worked hard to feed the drunken crowd. Will go again and write another review however, not after a big night out."

Let yourself be thrilled in Happy Lamb from Kurunjang by versatile, scrumptious Chinese cuisine that's authentically prepared in a wok, on the menu there are also a lot of Asian menus. The Asian fusion cuisine is also an important part of Happy Lamb.
