"Returned here with friends at their request.Compared to last visit, the staff were friendly and efficient, the dumplings enjoyable (especially the cheeseburger dumplings).The table we had gave us adequate space and the only criticism was that the table didn't have to be slightly sticky."

"I thought I had already written a review, however when I came here to thank you for the outstanding service last night, I noticed I hadn't left a review yet. So I'm doing it now. We have always had excellent meals from BSM. Couldn't fault it. BSM will always be one of our favourite restaurants! However last night I was impressed yet again. We ordered take away and when I arrived to collect it, your lovely staff apologised that it was not quite ready. This was totally understandable. One quick glance around the room and down the stair case, it was obvious the restaurant was bustling. I didn't mind waiting, of course. I love that this restaurant is busy! But your staff went the extra mile. They offered me a table to wait at, and not only that, they brought me a drink and some prawn chips to snack on while I waited. Wow. I love you guys!!! Keep up the amazing work Jules Will!! Not only do you serve fantastic food, but you have a team that rocks! And thank you to your staff for being so lovely. I truly felt like I was in Bali getting the complete Balinese experience with how caring they were. Xo"

"I have been here before, however for this experience I didn't have a booking, it was a Wednesday night and we were having an early dinner.The place was empty but staff was super friendly. The food here is amazing, cooked fresh with plenty of great sashimi/sushi options to choose from. Also loads of main menu items to choose from. Cute atmosphere and great price range for high quality food, the dumplings are especially moreish."

"Disappointing. Satay chicken looked and tasted like bottled sauce with nuts added, tasted awful. Pad See Ew, bland bland boring, but generous amount of chicken. Fish cakes were delicious. Dim Sims we’re yummy. Won’t be going back."
