"We have been ordering loyally from these folks. They make the pasta there and put love in it all! The pizza is cooked to perfection with fresh ingredients. They deliver to our door and always do so before the time limit they set. Good work Pizza-Roma. Order from these guys and you won't be disappointed."

"A while back, my neighbor was walking home with something in his hands. I asked him what it was and he opened it up to show me this beautiful Panzeroti!! Ever since then, I've been waiting to be able to bite into this Panzeroti. Because I travel so much, the opportunity only came 1 year later. Finally Tried it out.The dough is excellent. Crispy and yet soft when you bite into it.When you cut into the middle, there is a lot of grease that pours out due to the amount of pepperoni inside.They use an EXTREME generous amount of cheese... Which I think is a great thing!! Most places always hold back on the cheese.Honestly think it's a job well done."

"Slow service, lukewarm pizza, nasty washrooms...........When she finally brought our bill, our server (who was very pleasant) apologized for the slow service. It was Friday (October 28th, 2016) at dinnertime. They were very obviously short-staffed.The washrooms were unclean, smelled of urine, had toilet tissue and used paper towels strewn over the floor and the room and fixtures were 'dated' and 'worn'--------> badly in need of updating.We tried to get the Manager's attention but he seemed too busy talking to other table loads of diners. I subsequently emailed my feelings to the restaurant and someone did apologize and offer us two free meals. However, we won’t we taking them up on the offer unless things vastly improve."

"Visited this place when visiting a client nearby. The facade was inviting and so was the "$9.99 buffet" sign. Inside it looks kind of dreary. The pasta salad was average. The coleslaw is the driest, most flavorless I've ever had. Soup was ok and probably the best offering. Pizza choices were disappointing also. The pepperoni one had about ONE pepperoni per slice. The bacon/onion was the best choice. Desert options: brownies. Period. Did not try them. Variety is not an issue when flavor is good. This was neither varied, nor tasty. :-("

"Didn't ordered Pizza pizza since our last problem, guess what they couldn't make it again, ordered 2 pizza's get only one, see picture below. When called to complain, I was told that they are sending the missing pizza later. I had asked for a refund I was told that is not the policy. I guess the pizza pizza policy is not to deliver the order correctly ever. Pre ordered pizza around lunch time for 5:30 delivery, the pizza was delivered at 2:30. Driver realized at the door that the order said delivery for 5:30 so take the food back to the store. At 6 pm we had called about our food, we were told we had no order, and the order that was delivered at 2:30 that wasn't a pre order for 5:30pm. However, They promised to re make the order and send it, an hour later we had no food ,another phone call and about 10 minutes later we got our cold pizza. Will never order a pizza from this location."
