"I took a client to dinner, two nights in a row at this establishment. The first night we sat at the bar, and were served by a young woman who thought she was Sarah Silverman. When we returned the next night, the same woman was working . She then proceeded to announce to whole bar area, how much alcohol my client had consumed the night before. Needless to say my client was embarrassed, and it made my working relationship with him a little strained.If I wanted jokes or pithy quips about alcohol, I would have gone to Yuk-Yuk's."

"Celebrated our friend’s birthday here and was by far the worst service we’ve ever received at a restaurant. The servers were rude, impolite, and not hospitable at all. They were ‘unaware’ that we were there to celebrate a birthday and that we had a planned activity which we mentioned twice while making the reservation. Especially one of the servers Sierra, spoke to us very rudely and almost threw the food on our table. Worst part is they sliced the birthday cake we ordered and presented it to us. We had asked them to keep the cake box in their fridge but when we called for the cake to be cut, they had already sliced it. Absolute worst experience, would not recommend this place to anyone."

"The inside dining room is not optimal but the patio is great! Interesting and delicious pizza combinations. I'd highly recommend the hawaiian or carne pizza equally delicious. Great sangria too!"

"We were visiting Hamilton from Manitoba and found Hambrgr on a best restaurants list. We are very happy we tried it, very good food. Waitress was friendly and attentive. We were a large group with quite a few young children and she handled everything with grace and patience and was at ease with the kids. The hamburgers were excellent and the Notorious P.I.G poutine was YUM! The portions are great and, if you don't have large appetites, could be shared. I tried a few of my niece's sweet potato fries and kind of wish I had ordered those instead! The only reason I cannot give a full 5 out of 5 is that they are not well set up for a large group walkin and do not take reservations. We were there mid afternoon on a weekday and would have had to wait 45 minutes to sit all together inside or we could sit on the patio right away. We chose the patio but not all tables had umbrellas and in the southern Ontario heat this was not very comfortable. However, this is only an issue if you are a large group, if you are not...well, then pretend there is a 5 out of 5 rating from me"
