"Called in a pick up order 40 mins prior to close and was immediately given attitude and told we could 'maybe ' place an order as they were closing soon. Had to call twice as we are assuming they ignored the first call. Pineapple kimchi bowl was sub par. Balance of flavors was not good, spinach is dry and so much ginger it was pungent, whole thing tasted sour. Smoothie was not cold and upon picking up order was given dirty looks even though the order took them supposedly 15 minutes to produce- and was picked up well before close. Stickers on boxes looked like they were angrily slapped on. Not impressed, should have canceled the order upon the phone attitude."

"Hambrgr is my favourite patio destinations this summer! Food is consistently delicious and service is always outstanding! Went back last week for lunch again and was blown away...again! JC was our server--funny, attentive, personable and knows his stuff. He also makes the best spicy Caesar...I have had in ages! We both had the Revenge of El Diablo burgers and they did not disappoint...simply amazing! Fries were crisp, fresh and super tasty! Portions are so generous that I always end up taking half home to enjoy later. Highly, highly recommend Hambrgr when you are downtown and crave a burger! We will definitely be back soon!"

"We were visiting Hamilton from Manitoba and found Hambrgr on a best restaurants list. We are very happy we tried it, very good food. Waitress was friendly and attentive. We were a large group with quite a few young children and she handled everything with grace and patience and was at ease with the kids. The hamburgers were excellent and the Notorious P.I.G poutine was YUM! The portions are great and, if you don't have large appetites, could be shared. I tried a few of my niece's sweet potato fries and kind of wish I had ordered those instead! The only reason I cannot give a full 5 out of 5 is that they are not well set up for a large group walkin and do not take reservations. We were there mid afternoon on a weekday and would have had to wait 45 minutes to sit all together inside or we could sit on the patio right away. We chose the patio but not all tables had umbrellas and in the southern Ontario heat this was not very comfortable. However, this is only an issue if you are a large group, if you are not...well, then pretend there is a 5 out of 5 rating from me"

"Service was attentive and friendly. We ordered Kale ceasar to begin the excellent delicate sources of fresh calale and the homemade dressing was excellent flavors. Traditional tomato base meatless sauce was delish and pasta was perfectly cooked."
