"Unbelievable. Didnt realize they changed owners. Ordered here because the food used to be so delicious with large portions. I was expecting a burger with all the fixings and got a burger that was undercooked with JUST burger sauce and maybe a tsp of slaw. The fries tasted frozen. My daughters mac and cheese was cold and tasted like cheese whiz sauce. She wouldn't even eat it. Can't believe we just paid $40 for garbage food and portions. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!"

"I just order from The Sandwich Factory and I have to say the food is fantastic. I order the Chicken sandwich with roasted red peppers and a side ceasar salad. The sandwich was the bomb and the salad was super fresh. Please check them out. Great food great price huge portions."

"Stopped by here for a bite to eat while in the mall. The food is pretty good and the one guy that works here is friendly. Prices are quite reasonable."

"Grilled cheese tasted good but pretty disappointing ..so small and simple for the price. Same with the tomato soup, I expected more, and they were also all out of garlic breadsticks. Generally I would rather go to the Burnt Tongue for both. But the restaurant has nice seating and wifi and we also got free brownies for downloading the app."
