"Food were pretty good and fresh in my opinion. The only issue I've had with my takeout order was the fried rice. Some of the rice aren't cooked enough. But overall, pretty good."

"The best sushi I've had (and I've been to 50+ sushi restaurants). Really good slices of fish, meaty, good flavour, melts like butter, and served in generous portions. Awesome sashimi, sushi, maki roll varieties. There are bento boxes and other rice and noodle dishes as well but the specialty maki rolls are so delicious we can't get enough. Over the past 10 years the prices have gone from dirt cheap to extravagant, and rightly so. It is worth the price! Nice decor, the staff create a nice environment and it's always clean. I believe they are really japanese people. With 4 booths, 4 sushi bar seats and 7 tables it's a bit limited so be prepared to wait or take out at busy times. You can call in your order for take out it's a very popular choice as there is constantly people walking in, pay and walk out with big trays of yummy sushi."

"It is with great sadness that we must leave this review. my man and I are card with heart sushi vip customers and as such are enthusiastic heart sushi customers. we thought we would try this place, and we must say we will never again.1) we put our name on the waiting list on a table that we are told in our car 30-45 min wait “no problem” but once rolled 1h 30m to I thought I would call it to get us.2) once sitting took for ever to explain the server what we wanted to have ordered as they could not understand. 3) we enjoyed our drink when he finally came. an hour passes and we have no food. the server said the cook is working on it. 45 min we go past asking “is our eating almost ready” coming to find out how they can’t find the chits for everything we have ordered. About 2 hours are over, and we didn't even get 1/2 of what we ordered. we even wrote what was ordered and what we got and they were like “not so sad know”This place is absolutely terrible. they do not have 1/2 menu items, the portion sizes are not correct as per heart sushi portion sizes. Talking to the management, they always said so sorry. I don't know so sorry. has not even offered compensation. we have paid our bill in full amount, will never be “at this location” again and have also sent a huge email in detail to companies. google really needs a ZERO star option development of the right thing"

"Not fresh and not sushi grade. Spicy salmon maki had chop bits of hard tough salmon and tuna not fresh, tasted fishy.Udon broth weak flavour.Shrimp and vegetable tempura ok, over cooked vegetables that was mushy but the batter was hard and thickly coated.Dynamite roll…suspicious meat pieces, shrimp tempura texture was weird, chewy and jelly like, not the same as the other tempura order and poorly rolled, every slice fell apart.I should’ve looked up this place before placing order online.Best to go to Japanese or Korean restaurants that have sushi making experience and use fresh high quality ingredients.Not a pleasant meal, if I was dining at the restaurant I would’ve got up and left."

"It's a nice place I keep going back to. The coffee is good and the snacks are very good too. I love how the butter croissant just melts in the mouth. The place is okay to work from. The WiFi is good but there are hardly any power sockets. The staff is helpful but sometimes seem a bit cold. Maybe that's just my perception. I haven't had any problems here and I'll keep going back."
