"We enjoyed everything that we ordered. The highlights were the deserts, both rich chocolate one a genach/mousse complemented by rock salt and bread, the other a chocolate fritter. The Tapas highlight was a flounder ceviche.The service was excellent. Our water glasses always full. The prices were high or the portions small. The loud backbeat music could/should have been turned down once the place was full. It was hard to hold a conversation. Hard to rationalize a good long meal without being able to hear your companions."

"When we travel my wife likes to sleep a bit later, I like to find a nice local cafe nearby where I can get some good brew, read the paper, and ease into my day. La Finca was all of this and more. Its a...cute little spot done up with tables and chairs in the front, and a small but nicely done patio in the back. The coffee was strong and fresh, and they have a selection of housemade pastries and sandwiches, and fresh squeezed juice. They happily sold me an orange in place of the juice for my morning wakeup. This became my morning spot for the time we were in Montreal."

"Have to tell you the truth the service was excellent. The attitude of the waiter and the service from the waiter was perfect. The food was excellent. The cauliflower appetizer was OK. The salmon was perfect properly done and very tasty. Crème brûlée perfect. The good part also was the ambiance in the restaurant."
