"Lescurier has a call to make good croissant. I have recently tested this and they are in fact, some of the best I have cost in this country. 3 days ago, on my last day a week trip to montreal, I visited her shop on van horne shortly after 8:00 clock. I bought a cake box made of croissants, chocolate croissants, sky croissants, mandel croissants, chocolatines, a rosin danish and a chausson aux pommes for good measurements. the kiste traveled with me on a 4-hour flight to house, lined and on the only square foot (or less) available space in front of a standard bark class seat. it was not trampled for happiness. Astonishingly, the croissants survived and associated bäcks without too much harm. how croissants go, that's big. they are made shameful with butter. a minute in a hot toaster of is enough to revise the whole aroma in itself. they are glassy and light. they are delicious. easy quality! every baked in the box I brought home lived until expectation. every penny worth, every bit of effort to travel with this carefree cake box, even in an economy seat. when they travel to montreal, they do one like: treat one or more Lescurier bakeries. I can't say it better."
