"The waiter was friendly and professional, but had too many tables. The food was salty and had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. He used to enjoy this place, but will probably not be back now."

"I enjoyed the freshness of the bowls and thats why I was a repeat customer but in the last 2 visits the tuna was not fresh at all, it had a bad smell to it.. also the avocado was over ripe and it tasted bad"

"Albeit a bit pricey, the food here was very good! We had the veal, Tuna, and Salmon entres, and enjoyed them. The atmosphere was excellent, and service was very good. Staff was very knowledgeable and was able to make suggestions."

"I know there's a lack of personnel in this industry, but sometimes enough is enough. I just have a negative comment on this restaurant. When entering the restaurant, the hostess appeared disturbed by our presence. She confirmed our reservation and POINTED for us to go to the table at the farthest end of the restaurant. This is a big restaurant and it was very busy. She never let the hostess stand. That was a walk. No attempt to accompany us. Hmm. We found our table. They were a service delay, but the manager stepped in and our service and food were exceptional. When Soujean, our waiter was relieved of his other responsibilities, he was the most attentive and gracious server. Both he and the mgr were superprofessional."

"We were a big group that went on a Tuesday night. Our waitress was excellent and knew how to handle a big group with ease. Food was prepared with very fresh ingredients. The ambulance is beautiful."

"Needed to find a spot to take my mom out for Mother’s Day. This restaurant did not disappoint. From the beautiful Decour to the wonderful server (Hammish)and let’s not forget the amazing meals we had, it was the perfect spot for dinner. Highly recommend"

"You always know that the food will be average to okay at Jacks. It's a high volume place that caters to the masses and has a fun atmosphere. The show spiting events and have many beers on tap, just don't expect to have your culinary socks knocked off."

"After reading a few reviews and confirming the AYCE price for lunch at $22.99, I decided to bring a friend along to experience this place first hand. If you can eat your weight in Sushi then this is the place for you not everyday mind you but when you get that Sushi craving. The food was fresh, plentiful, came quickly, water was filled, ginger and wasabi was flowing. They honestly couldn’t work harder to make it a great experience. I’m not sure if they take reservations and what size of a group you would need but you could always call to find out. Don’t even doubt this place for the lunch AYCE, as they are not open for dinner yet, you’d be an idiot for not trying it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, and yes if you do not eat what you order you WILL GET CHARGED FOR IT. Portion sizes are up to you just order it on their tablet while you keep tabs on what you’ve already eaten!"
